Thornberry padded into camp. The black she-cat had slipped out just before the gathering cats had left. Not being one of the chosen gave her free roam of what she could do tonight, not as if she couldn't do her own thing anyway.
She had heard the cats leave, keeping quet, Thornberry made her way toward the Thunderclan border, it helped that her fur was black as she very easily blended into the shadows. She had climbed a tall pine and watched the Thunderclan cats as they had made their way to Four Stones, being careful as to not rustle the leaves. She watched in awe of the beautiful colors each cat had, vastly different from the blacks, grays, and dark tortoiseshells of her clan. Softly sighing, she waited until they were long gone before leaving once more.
Her job complete, she had returned to camp. Acting as if she had only been gone a moment's time. Crows squawked in the pines above, she relaxed at the familiar sound. This had been going on for the longest time now, she loved the Thunderclan cats, but would never admit it. She didn't want to be seen as disloyal to her clan. Thornberry told herself that as long as she was loyal, she was a decent cat, nobody could say otherwise. She nodded to herself, heading for the shadows of a bramble thicket to clean.
