Only the respective roleplayers can reply to this thread. RiverClan is starving. Badgerpaw starts with 90hp instead of 100. Basic attacks for each character do a maximum of 5 damage, a minimum of 1. Once the characters have begun to fight, it will be a turn based system. Ex. Lynxstar attacks -> Attack will be rolled -> Ravenstar attacks -> Attack will be rolled. Please avoid posting before the attack has been rolled. This event's battle managers are Jinx, Blaze and Thorne. If you have any questions, please PM one of them. You may begin on December 15th. This was going to be so much fun! She made sure to go to bed early the night before, which was quite unusual for the apprentice. She was always full of energy. RiverClan was kidding themselves if they thought they had any chance against her! She'd been training hard to perfect her battle moves. Time for her to prove herself and kick some tail. She locked eyes with a RiverClan apprentice and crouched. Ew, they really do smell like fish! Mosspaw raised her head proudly. *"You have no right thinking you can trespass on our* territory!" Still thinking why he had been chosen for this, the cat hadn't realised how fast everything was happening. Like the swirling currents of the rivers, cats of every size jumped at one another's throat as his mind was packed with many thoughts. Should he fight? Or should he heed the advice of the fellow apprentice and turn tail and run? Nothing seemed to make sense to him anymore. Still in the heat of the moment, the gray and white cat's fur was enlarged by the similarly coloured smoke which appeared to come out of it. There was no way Badgerpaw could run away: the other apprentice was faster and probably knew this side of the territory much better than him - or any other RiverClan cat, at least in his mind. Thinking quickly (or at least as quickly as a cat in the middle of a fight would), the apprentice created a Spark in his paws and tried burning the grass in between him and the attacking cat. Thorne

She tilted her head to the side. I've never heard of that before. What do I do from here? The tortoiseshell apprentice thought curiously for a moment. She got close to the flames and looked at the other cat. Might as well try this! The flames weren't high enough to stop her from using a ranged frost attack. Mosspaw used frost! He had been frosted. Adrenaline shot through his blood as his eyes widened larger than the moon at Gatherings. Terror filled the tom's body as the solid began to trickle with cold, cold water. In a haze of terror, the cat jumped backwards, it's tail raised in fear, and turned to run as far as he could. He couldn't. Even though his mind and his legs told him otherwise, the apprentice turned around and faced the opponent. He had a plan. With a little more confidence in him than before, he spat out a fireball. Although it could hit his target, the distance between them might be larger than anticipated. But now he had to wait and see. Thorne

It missed. The other apprentice had dogdged out of its way. But it showed Badgerpaw that it was possible. And that's all that mattered. However, the oponent started sprinting towards him. 'Oh no' he thought to himself. As the young cat attacked once next to Badgerpaw, he barely dogded out of the way, crouching down in the proccess. He hissed in fear and took off again, behind the apprentice this time. While he put less distance between him and the enemy, it was enough. Again, he opened his mouth and fire escaped it.
