Brightpaw | 8 moons | Windclan | Dark | Female
General Info
Previous Clan(s): Born to ThunderClan
Element: Dark
Sexuality: Asexual
Physical Appearance
*Brief Description: Orange tabby she-cat with bright green eyes
In-depth Description: Long-furred orange tabby she-cat with white on her chest and chin.
Personality
*Trait lists
*+ Energetic and eager to learn. Always brimming with questions.
*- Despite her outgoing attitude, she tends to avoid other apprentices her age in favor of admiring the activities of the older warriors. This has lead to her becoming impatient towards anything that isn't directly related to training.
*: She is a bit of a mother-hen, encouraging others to stay safe when training, despite otherwise being distant from her den-mates.
Personality description: From the moment she was brought into WindClan, she was one of the brightest kits in the WindClan nursery, both in mind and in spirit. Her **energetic** and **curious** personality kept all of the queens on their paws, as Brightkit, as she was named, was always finding clever ways to escape the nursery, and was often found silently stalking patrols when they were sent out. She played with her den-mates often enough, but as the moons went by, she became more and more intrigued with the full-grown warriors as they went about their duties, growing **distant** from the other kits. When she was at last apprenticed, she poured herself into her training, finally gaining the speed WindClan cats are known for. She becomes **impatient** with things like playing moss-ball or sharing tongues, instead preferring to watch the much older cats, still able to follow them with ease on their patrols. However, when she must train with her den-mates, she becomes more **motherly**, often helping to instruct her partner(s) in how to safely execute a battle maneuver or hunting crouch.
Likes: Training, talking to full-grown warriors, learning new things, quail (her favorite catch)
Dislikes: Sitting still, kit-games (she thinks they are a waste of time), others grooming her.
Combat
Unlocked Skills: 2
List item 1: Stalking
List item 2: Speed
History
*History: Born to ThunderClan, it became readily apparent to her parents that her element was Darkness, a power more commonly associated with their rival, ShadowClan. No one new why she was gifted (read: cursed) with such an ominous power, and many believed that her element would bring ruin to their Clan. Her mother was hesitant, but with each rising sun, the pressure kept growing and growing, until eventually her mother was convinced that abandoning her kit was for the best. The next sun, as the sun rose over the forest, she brought her yet-unnamed kit to the edge of the Thunderpath, intending to let her wander onto the black stone and get hit by a monster. However, at the last moment, grief overtook her, and she crossed the Thunderpath to WindClan territory and left her kit safe in the ditch, where she was sure a patrol would find her. Satisfied, she turned around to cross the Thunderpath again, but was struck by a monster as it roared past, dying instantly. It was sun-high when a WindClan patrol passed by, hearing the kit's hungered cries before scenting, then at last seeing, her mother lying limp on the Thunderpath. Feeling sorry for the kit, and her lost mother, the patrol crossed to ThunderClan territory with the body, and buried her in respect. Then they brought the kit back to camp, and hearing of her lost mother, the queens took her in as their own.
