In-depth Description: With a long, thick coat, and dark fur with slight brown unders, Nightthorn looks formidable.  Beneath her fur, however, she is all lean muscle, with dark skin.  She has long whiskers and lashes, with a shorter tail and wide paws.  The she-cat cultivates long claws, and keeps them honed sharp.  Her ears are pointed, with slight tufts..

Personality description:
There is not a thing she starts that Nightthorn doesn't intend to finish. Her heart is always 100 percent in everything, and this showed in how quickly she took to her apprenticeship. Determined, Nightthorn was like like a fish to water, and despite the fact that she often would get snippy with her teachers when they would correct her, she began to improve more and more. No matter what, her mind is always geared towards improving, getting better, and ensuring that any attached to her shared her drive to move on. It almost seems like it is impossible to upset the cat, her eyes sure, and heart steady. No matter the situation, she handles it all in a calm manner that can be eerie, handling it rather better than most would expect. She seems to understand how to take a breath and step back, to watch the situation from a distance before jumping in, and tries help instill this virtue in others. She can handle even the most direct confrontation with a steady paw, and a surety that can sometimes make others nervous.

Her devotion and loyalty can come with a bit of a price. She can tend to be extremely overprotective. People will find her standing a bit too close, or taking on their troubles and fights. There's a thought she has that the others around her need someone to help fight FOR them. Whether true or not, she seems to always take it to her mind that it is her job to ensure their safety. Nightthorn doesn't want to let people have any control of her thanks to the fact that she's just that proud. On a day to day basis, she can come off as being a little too self-reliant, due to a steadfast belief that she really CAN do it, even if just may take a bit longer. The only time she'll accept help is if it causes her to fall to stress or illness. She will work with the Clan leader and the warriors as she must, but it's a lot more energizing to her to be creative, and get to play with her own ideas and stratagem.   Cleverness lends its hand to this cat's sharp mind. Since kithood, Nightthorn's training seems to have taught her that stepping back and taking a distanced perspective on things, especially a problem or block in progress, is a good way to see solutions you'd have never seen otherwise. Cats and enemies alike never go in a straight line, and you have to be able to look at things as a whole in order to be able to create something new. In her mind, this means being able to apply her own form of creativity to every aspect of her life. Being resourceful means finding new and different ways to handle issues, after all.

• Taken on as an apprentice by a strong warrior, Mothear, a tom.
• Showed great promise as a warrior, strategic and sure of herself, with creative ways of fighting.
• Took quickly to her work as a Warrior once given her name, enough to catch notice.
• Has proved herself with fighting and hunting, devoted solely to her clan, so much so that she's never even had a mate.
• Offered herself for the position of deputy when it came open, devoted to the idea of protecting her clan.
