Allows you to create a non-white cat with blue eyes. White cats have this for free!

Sphynx cats, any other hairless kitties are available! The limit is one per member at a time, no exceptions.
Hairless cats must have fire element due to the fact that they cannot survive winter without it.

This allows you to revive a stillborn kitten in a litter.
Only the parent/s can purchase this, and it must be purchased prior to the adoption thread being posted.
