But if you plan to adopt them out, whoever claims them must buy the storm elemental item from the store Litterborn means when a kit is born to a cat being played in rp - like for example, Brightkit, Crowkit and Heronkit from Jaydust’s litter are all litterborn but Halfkit is not because her parent(s) are not being played by anyone
