THERE IS A THIN LINE between what is good and what is evil I will tiptoe down that line but I will feel unstable She'd done this before, unbeknownst to her clanmates. In fact, she'd done this whole litter-carrying things twice, even if she never held any interest in rearing kits. But being that they were the spawn of that bastard, she was left with no choice but to see the whole thing through and actually do things right for once. Bitterly, Vixenleap marched to the medicine cat den, her ears pinned and her head parallel with her typically streamline build. Now her sides were swollen from the impending litter she was having with Lynxstar, yet oddly, her ribs were quite prominent. She couldn't hold food down- she couldn't hold anything down. She felt miserable, like some parasite was eating her from inside out. Her pregnancies had never been this bad- they'd always been so easy to hide from ThunderClan, and relatively easy to live with. But for weeks, she'd felt so terribly ill. "I need you to check me." The russet warrior barked in the direction of Sagewhisker while she forced her way into his den, her brows furrowed. "That tyrant, fuckface, got me pregnant. I know because it's obvious- I look like a swallowed a badger whole. And sideways."
She began in a dry fashion, without pausing to wait for Sagewhisker's response to her demands. "It ain't normal- this doesn't seem right. I'm vomiting left and right and I constantly feel sick. Hell, I shared freshkill with Crowfang and I seemed to make him sick, it's that bad."MADE BY VEL OF GS + ADOX 2.0

Move dust through the light to fide your name #### Things seemed to have finally settled in ThunderClan. Sagewhisker felt thankful that Lynxstar hadn't continued to poke his nose into any of the current wasp nests that were ShadowClan and DarkClan. He had much less work on his paws now that the forest had fully regrown, and no warriors were nursing any burns. His comfrey stores were just as grateful.
As he was taking stock, Sagewhisker noted that he'd have to send Whitepaw out to search for more feverfew. He was quite content to simply organize his herbs. The sound of Vixenleap's...demanding voice had ruined the moment.
He turned his head and nodded towards an empty patient nest. "Rest there a moment, I just need to finish this quickly. I'm listening."
Sagewhisker pondered what cure for bellyaches he should give the fiery molly. On one paw, he could give her juniper berries or chervil to soothe it. On the other...
The thought was amusing, however he much prefered his fur on his body, and not in her claws. Her colourful choice of words to describe Lynxstar were appreciated. Sagewhisker was a patient cat, but Lynxstar tested him constantly. He could agree with many of her statements about him.
"Nausea does tend to follow the occasional queen during her pregnancies, so I normally wouldn't see any cause for concern." He began. "But you said it spread to Crowfang after sharing a meal...?" Sagewhisker hummed to himself. A new disease was the last thing he needed to deal with. The tom couldn't imagine trying to cure a new plague while balancing the tensions with the other Clans. He prayed that it was simply bad prey they had eaten.
Still, it would be best for him to follow standard procedure to check the health of her kittens first. "If you would lay on your side for a moment, I'd like to start with taking note of how many kits we'll be welcoming soon, as well as their elements." He meowed. "Once I'm finished, I'll see what I can do for your nausea." This is not a place. Not yet awake.

"All I've been doing is this 'resting' nonsense." The impatient queen hissed dryly before settling uncomfortably near the outskirts of his den. It was hard to sit, being this wide. She longed for the ability to sprint freely throughout Thunderclan territory, to kick Lynxstar's sorry ass without feeling terribly off-balance. Couldn't the little bastards at least spread themselves out evenly? Or take up less room? They were as greedy as Lynxstar. "Yeah, Crowfang got it." The red she-cay mumbled, not keen on having to repeat herself. With her pregnancy, her patience had grown as thin as ice. "Probably felt sick knowing that me and his brother...y'know. You've seen Lynxstar. Ragged old fuck, like mildew on four legs. Not a picture you want in your head." Vixenleap rocked her weight back and forth on her paws, feeling another wave of sickness coming on. She did her best to find her strength to hold it down. She'd save it for later. Leave a nice vomit pile outside of Lynxstar's den so he could step in it at dawn. She raised a brown at his order to lay on her side. Vixenleap wasn't keen on him poking and prodding, but...she was desperate to be relieved of the agony. She wanted the little bastards gone. "...If you push too hard, so help me...I will fry you so good that not even Starclan will be able to recognize your sorry-ass pile of ashes. Kapeesh?"Thorne

Move dust through the light to fide your name #### He shook his head to himself as Vixenleap complained about resting. He supposed the red molly wasn't the type to settle down, however complaining about her current situation wouldn't do much good either. It reminded him of a certain WindClan apprentice he'd had to nurse back to health after a broken leg. Great StarClan, keeping that cat in one place was a nightmare he'd hoped to never have to relive.
Sagewhisker couldn't help but chuckle at her remark of Crowfang's possible thoughts on his brother's relationship with Vixenleap. "Eh, well it is a natural part of life. Granted, you could have done better." He meowed, padding over to the nest she'd settled into. "But he should be thankful that Lynxstar didn't fall for a dark elemental for whatever reason." He sighed. "That could have been ugly." Sagewhisker flicked his tail.
Now self-concious of his techniques due to her threats, Sagewhisker mentally prepared to treat his own wounds. "I promise that it shouldn't hurt. I've never had a queen complain since I was an apprentice." He reassured her. "I learned my lesson quickly." Sagewhisker laughed.
He gently placed his front paws on her swollen sides, feeling for the small kittens within. He counted each individual mass he could identify, settling on three kits. He narrowed his eyes as he searched for their soul colours.
Sagewhisker first identified the burning red, then the two bright green companions. Something about them felt off, shining brighter and more harsh than the usual earth element. It wasn't a soft, darker green, it was more...vibrant...aggressive? He'd seen his fair share of kit souls, there was just something about these two...
"Well, I can say for certain that you're carrying three. One fire elemental, the other two, however...I'm not sure." He said. "I'd like a second opinion, but I'm afraid Whitepaw isn't experienced enough in this field just yet, nor do I think you'll have the patience for an apprentice to be learning on the job." Sagewhisker chuckled. "Featherlight and Mistypelt haven't been to the last gathering or half moon meeting, so I doubt I'll be able to get them to come in for a look. Our only other two options are Willowbranch from RiverClan, which is quite a jaunt in itself, or, well...Spiderface of DarkClan. I think it's best if we just leave it as it is."
He turned away to his herb stores, picking out a bundle of chervil. "The other two look to be earth, but the colour seems a bit off. They could just be a unique case with a brighter hue. Their affinity with their element might be higher than the rest." Sagewhisker placed the bundle of chervil by Vixenleap's paws. "Or, by some miracle, they could be a new element. Only time will tell once they start developping the ability to use them. I don't have enough information for a full diagnosis." The white tom sighed.
"These should do for now, give them a bit of time to kick in. If it gets any worse, don't hesitate to come back for more." Sagewhisker dipped his head to the queen/ This is not a place. Not yet awake.

THERE IS A THIN LINE between what is good and what is evil I will tiptoe down that line but I will feel unstable In her defense, she'd had several little one-night stands before, all of which had been quite a bit younger and easier on the eyes than that old bat of a leader. That Thornstep, even if his rotten children were completely unwanted...well, he'd been quite handsome, despite the fact that he was lacking a whole-ass tail. "I've had handsomer flames." The red she-cat grunted harshly. It was no secret that Vixenleap was exceptionally flirtatious towards toms she found attractive. However, the clan was still in the dark in the whole "two other litters" ordeal. And it'd stay that way. She'd take her secrets to the grave. "His head is full of nothing but hot air and rocks, Sagewhisker. Give him time. Lynxstar will do something fucking stupid."She narrowed her sharp pair of hazel eyes when the medicine commented on how the procedure shouldn't hurt. Oh, if he caused her any ounce of comfort, she'd pay it back in tenfold. He might've been a medicine cat, but she'd have him really begging to meet his ancestors after she wrung his neck. "And you sure as hell will learn it again if you go 'n piss me off." Vixenleap hissed as she shifted in the nest to try to get more comfortable, preparing herself to be poked and prodded as the white tom attempted to gain information on her unborn kits. The warrior rested there, albeit impatiently, as Sagewhisker tried to decipher the elements of her and Lynxstar's kits. Her ears slowly began to flatten against her skull, as if a subtle warning for the medicine cat to move his ass along. What was taking him so long? As she slowly unsheathed her claws, Vixenleap began to debate on swatting him a good one until he finally spoke up with the results. "The hell you mean you don't know what they are?" A fire element like herself was great and all, but two mysteries? Wasn't this his job? "You going color blind? What's next- you forget how to pull a thorn out of a pad?" She sneered with an impatient tapping of her tail, beginning to feel the urge to swipe him intensify. All this waiting for nothing! Hell no, she didn't have the patience for some blubbering apprentice to poke and prod! She was a well-equipped warrior, not some training program for his little apprentice. "I'm a kick-ass warrior, Sagewhisker, and if you doubt that for a moment...I'll happily remind you. I'm not some experiment for you and your little nerd friends to play with!" Vixenleap sat up abruptly, her patience growing thin and her belly ache slowly beginning to return. And the thought of some DarkClan fool touching her? "I'd rather spend another night with Lynxstar than let some mud-sucking DarkClanner look at me."She wanted to reject those herbs so badly, but she couldn't bear another day with the persistent sickness. With an irritable twitching of her tail, Vixenleap half-heartedly devoured the herbs he offered her to hopefully relieve her of the illness. Earth elements with a high affinity for their elements would be something to be proud of, but a new element? It sounded like codswallop, like Sagewhisker was just trying to save his own tail. They already had that new Light element running around, she doubted that any new element would crop up any time soon. "Probably look brighter 'cause the little bastards are sucking the life out of me." The queen commented bitterly as she finished up the chervil. Miserably, Vixenleap slowly raised herself and her swollen body to her paws before venturing towards the den's exit. She was doubtful that a little bundle of herbs could do much. She'd never known such pain. "...I'm sure I'll be back. Try not to miss me too much."MADE BY VEL OF GS + ADOX 2.0
