In-depth Description:
A lithe and lean russet cat, with a tabby-striped pelt, Brackenflame is built to be a warrior with speed on her side.   Her short pelt is littered with scars from her seasons as a warrior, with not a pale patch on her.  Rounded eyes are large, and ears a bit larger still, almost always standing high.

Personality description:
Brackenstep has always been the sort to have a bleeding heart. Compassionate as she is, everyone she meets is like family, and she is going to want nothing more than the best for each and every one of them. Her heart goes out especially to the younger, wanting to take them under her wing and treat them with the love and care that she wants to receive. The problem is that often, she can expend herself trying to look after them. Brackenstep will often pour everything she has in to taking care of others, and this can leave her with nothing for herself. She is self-sacrificing, often times, especially if it has to do with her own clan, she'll work herself sick.


The she-cat has never had the sort of fear that most people have, when confronting something that she finds the need to confront. She will charge head-long in to any situation, physical or mental, with an energy that can confound some.  Fearless, Brackenstep knows well that she can not hesitate, and treats life accordingly.
Any time she needs to deal with something that is perceived as a problem, she will use information she has gathered, and spread it effectively. Sometimes it's something more physical than mental, but whatever it takes. Honestly, Brackenstep has no qualms using whatever she can to ensure an optimal outcome in her life. With how her mother raised her, she learned well how to play the long game. After all, if you don't get clever, you're dead...or worse, and Brackenstep knows this all too well.  This cleverness and retention comes with the ability to pretend as though she's never heard it before in her life, none the wiser so she isn't a threat or a target.



One of the biggest problems plaguing Brackenstep is the fact that she's always been the sort to take what she sees at face value. No matter how big or how small, she believes that what she sees is what is occurring, and has a hard time accepting otherwise. She is judgmental, quick to decide based on what she sees of them as well, thinking that they are exactly how they are on the moment of meeting. Situations are not much different and people will have the hardest time getting past this particular defense of hers.

*History: 

• Born in a litter of two kits, herself and her sister.  Brackenstep was always the more adventurous of the two, leaving the den as soon as her eyes were open to explore.
• Brackenstep was a little troublemaker, liking to wander and find new things, sometimes getting herself lost in the process, until her mentor took her under his paw.
• She trained well as a warrior, so long as she was mentally challenged, not liking to have any downtime.  Instead, it was often spent honing her skills.
• When her Father died, Brackenstep took it hard, diving further in to her work as a Warrior, until her sister pulled her out of it and back in to the social part of clan living.
• More balanced now, than she was in the past, Brackenstep is wholly devoted to the wellbeing of the Clan and its members, socializing and reaching out far more than she did when she was younger.
• Overbearing sister, often looking in on Fawnheart whenever she thinks her sister might be in trouble.
