Thicketpaw was tired, why was being an apprentice so BORING. He had thought it was supposed to be exiting and full of training and hunting and fighting and anything else then this, sitting in a nest and waiting for Raccoonstrike to ask him to come training. Life was really not that exiting, it wasnt actually full of dangers and fights, he knew the plague was a danger but he meant nice dangers, like the ones where you fought and beat the crap out of cats.
Thicketpaw leaped to his paws, looking around trying to find something to do. He for some reason thought that the best thing to do was to jump to the apprentice den ceiling and take a branch from it, he repeated this a couple times before sitting down, taking a few deep and tired breaths. He got ready to jump again until he heard something behind him, but he thought nothing of it, he just leaped again.
Suddenly he realized that it was something alive moving it, and almost no prey came to camp so..it must have been another cat. He hurled himself around almost stumbling on his paws, he took the branches and sat on them making a awkward, sorry yet smug smile at the cat.
