Lynxstar's paws ached from walking since sunrise, his belly grumbled from hunger, his body ached but still, he trekked forward. If no one else had information on his warriors whereabouts and if Darkclan was truly, dare he even say, innocent, then he would get answers from the one place he knew he could get them; Starclan.
Darkclan thought all of their tracks were covered, they thought they'd succeeded in their crime and gotten away with it, all while they made their own ridiculous demands about their own foxhearted warriors. They truly thought they'd get their way and accuse him of stealing their sorry excuses for cats. 'Well, they had another thing coming,' Lynxstar thought. This was the way to go, he knew it was. He could feel it deep within his soul, soon they'd see. And even if they were innocent, then, he'd at least know who was responsible for this whole mess.
He looked up, eyes widening in suprise as he saw Waterfall in the distance. How long had he been lost in thought? 'It doesn't matter,' he thought. He was almost there now, there was no reason to stop and question anything now. Starclan had all the answers and he was there to get them, nothong could stand in his way now. Trotting along, he kept his eyes ahead, eager to get to Waterfall before anyone noticed him
