Owlpaw stood proudly alongside his clanmates, he was fighting for Thunderclan, for the cats he loved. He knew that he was young, but he was chosen to be deputy apprentice for a reason. His only hope was to prove his worth to his clan, even if it meant giving up his life. The gray cat sat in a tree, waiting to ambush an unsuspecting Darkclan cat. He quickly ran though his training again and the words of wisdom he had received from Brairsong. As the first signs of Darkclan appeared, the apprentice prepared for the onslaught that would follow. The battle suddenly erupted throughout the territory, and Owlpaw looked for an opponent to fight. The screeches of cats and the scent of blood was disorienting but he was able to spot a small calico cat huddled in the mud. Activating strengthen, he caused dead bark from the tree to surround his pelt, acting as a shield. Leaping down from his perch, Owlpaw landed on the cat's back, quickly digging his claws in their fur. "For Thunderclan!"


Thorne

    Owlpaw winced as the small apprentice's claws broke through his shield and raked against his pelt. She may have been small, but he knew not to underestimate her. Biting back a hiss, Owlpaw tucked into a roll, attempting to claw the calico cat's vulnerable belly.
