Echo !!
It's nice to see one of our members win this month (although Blaze's victory was well earned). Although Echo may not have the seniority many of us have under our pelts, Echo has quickly become a well-known member of our community, actively engaging in roleplays, the discord, and even picking up some adoptable high ranks. We know it's not easy to take someone else's character, so we're grateful you did and we love the way Snakepad has continued his relationship with Sorrelkit. It's a defining piece of both characters in my opinion. Echo plays one of Lynxstar's siblings and one of Fallowbird's kits, so it's clear that they love to jump into any kind of plot! I've even heard they're involved in a secret one with Jinx, but that is yet to be seen. My eyes are peeled to see what these two have forged together. If you're ever looking for someone fun to plot with, Echo has shown us that they're definitely on our list! Congratulations!

Winds of Change!!
Okay, okay. July has been kind of a down month when it comes to roleplay, seeing how only two threads made the list. But, that doesn't mean the threads that have come out this month aren't great! Here we have a continuation of last month's thread, After the Storm. Winds of Change takes place after the battle between ThunderClan and DarkClan (geez it's been like 2 months we should probably wrap that up haha.) The thread starts with newly named Stormstar heading towards Five Stones, clearly conflicted with the whole situation he's found himself in. He's taken in Primrose, an outsider on the verge of consumption within his first moon of being Leader. I don't blame him being on edge about that, it's a big move. Based on how these two have interacted in this thread, it's clear that something's going on between them, but both are too afraid to admit it to one another. The fact that they're both leaders complicates everything. Ravenstar is completely open to Stormstar being leader, though Heatherstar's sudden death did come as a shock to her. She offered him advice on the wolves and the whole situation with Primrose. The rest has yet to be seen. Unfinished threads are always a mystery!
Relationship of the month
Snakepad and Sorrelkit!!
Although these two haven't had a new thread since Snakepad's original roleplayer left and that one is relatively short, we can already see a kind of dynamic developing between the two. Sorrelkit is clearly a troublemaker, and Snakepad definitely has his paws full with the kitten he's taken in. I pity Fallowbird who's stuck with her all day. Sorrelkit takes it upon herself to rearrange the entire nursery and shows it off to her father with pride. Snakepad doesn't take it so well, though Sorrelkit doesn't quite realize he's not pleased that she essentially destroyed the nursery. It would have been interesting to see where their thread went, though Snakepad's in new paws now, so we might see a new thread between the two! I'm excited to see how their relationship continues as Sorrelkit ages!

Ravenstar!!
It doesn't come to a surprise seeing how many (or all? I have a bad memory and don't feel like checking tbh. 5-star admin team) of last month's relationship nominations had her in their ranks. Ravenstar appears to be a favourite among many of the members. Ravenstar has yet to go through her larger character development that's planned for her, so I'm glad people enjoy her now. I won't give any insight on what I'm planning! There might be spoilers for the plot! Although for those who are curious enough and are dedicated, a small hint is in one of her more recent threads. Pushing that aside, Ravenstar is our DarkClan mom, who, in Lynxstar's eyes, is DarkClan's ruthless dictator. She's created a truly unique Clan operating on such a different system compared to the others, having 2 choices of a 'profession' for her warriors with the day-patrollers and night-hunters, taking advantage of her Clan's perfect sight in the dark. She balances between assisting both and has full responsibility for her Clan without a deputy at the moment. Ravenstar is dedicated to her friends, clearly not giving up hope on her missing warriors, breaking the warrior code to keep Tawnypelt's position as deputy. She's doing her best to keep her feelings for Stormstar at bay, but I don't think she'll be able to any longer. We'll just have to wait and see! I'm anxious to see how you guys will react to her future development.
