Brief Description: Golden spotted tabby molly with green eyes
In-depth Description: Despite her average height and lithe build rather than a large, muscular build, Heatherstar’s appearance still implies power, though likely its all in that calculating green gaze or how tall and confident she holds herself. Her pelt, short but surprisingly soft with a dark golden hue, decorated with light, oftentimes broken mackeral tabby stripes, is generally well groomed and taken care off. Build wise, like most Windclan cats, she was clearly built for agility and speed, with a long, slender form and long, faintly ringed tail to match. All in all, one can look at her and see not a delicate molly, but a leader who knows what she wants.ect.

Personality description: On the surface, it is quite hard to get a reading on Heatherstar. She is a well disciplined and independent molly that knows her bounds and how to keep her emotions well hidden from the world, outwardly carrying herself with a constant air of calm and surprising patience. Social interactions with her tend to be for formalities sake, or for some sort of benefit to her, and therefore she is mostly found at a distant, being a quiet she-cat more prone to observing from a distance and noting every little thing about someone. In fact, her patience and observance, along with her thirst for knowledge, may lead her to simply watching a cat and puzzling them out rather than talking to them, especially if they are unstable, or she is trying to decide whether or not they are a danger to her clan. Knowledge and intelligence are very high on Heatherstar’s agenda - being quite intelligent herself - and so she may find herself judging allies and outsiders based on what knowledge or secrets they can provide, however certain talents may draw her interest too, as she knows well enough how desperately her clan needs battle prowess as a final resort. Generally when it comes to any cat - even clan mates - Heatherstar is quite impersonal and secretive, even mistrustful in some cases. She likes to keep the more crucial information and plans to herself or the ears of only a select few, and she is very wary about giving out information. Sometimes it may seem like she has no plan, however in truth she simply has not shared it. In fact, she tends to often have a plan, being not only intelligent but also admittedly calculating, and at times manipulative when it comes to her determination in getting what she wants, especially if it aids her clan. When it comes to anyone close to her, and in truth her entire clan, Heatherstar is very protective, which bodes well for her clan and not so well for anyone opposing her. After all, should someone try to intentionally harm her clan or someone she loved, she would be out for blood, and certainly determined enough to get it. Almost all of Heatherstar’s decisions are made in favour of her clan, or those she cares for - of which there may be few in truth - however at times she may submit to her thirst of knowledge and instinctive curiosity instead, which leads her to trying new things and becoming only more adaptable than she already is. While she is steadfastly loyal to her clan, friends and family, her loyalty to allies may sway and drift depending on circumstance and if she gets a better offer. She knows well her clan could use the back up, however, so she does strive for alliances and good will between the clans.

History
History: Heatherkit was a Windclanner through and through. Born to two full-blooded Windclan warriors with the element of the clan at her disposal, she was faced with the best upbringing she could recieve. Her parents were loving and attentive, and she and her brother, equipped with the Earth element like their mother, got along wonderfully from day one. Sure, they bickered, but they remained close all through their kithood. Whilst their father was busy as a highly respected warrior, he still made time for his family and they remained close-knit and happy.
That was, until things changed. Not long after the apprentice ceremony of herself and her brother, the current deputy of the clan retired. There was one warrior vying for the position, however the pick was obvious, and so Heatherpaw’s father was made the next deputy of the clan. He was a capable warrior that was loyal to the bone and a close support to the leader, as well as holding the element of Air, contrary to his rival’s Dark element. In truth, the leader at the time was lenient to Dark cats, seeing as his own son was Dark and showed no trouble. The event should have been a time of celebration, and on the day, it was. However, not long after her father was made deputy, Heatherpaw and him went hunting together. And it was on that hunting trip, and her father’s rival killed him, in cold blood before her. Heatherpaw was terrified.
The tom threatened her to stay silent, and she promised she would, however the whole time she was coming up with a plan. She stayed quiet, acted normal around her clanmates, especially when he was looking, however with a calm silence as though saying nothing, she told a cat what she saw. And that cat told the leader, for Heatherpaw knew she would risk death if she broke her promise so openly before him. Furious, the leader banished him upon pain of death should he return, and after a furious, rebellious outburst from his clan - of which Heatherpaw and her brother joined - he promised that from then on no Dark cats would be allowed to join the clan.
With time, Heatherpaw became a warrior, Heatherstorm. Her brother became a warrior a few short moons later, however he was not a warrior for long, as the Dark warrior did return for vengeance on her, and when her bother stepped in to defend her, his life was taken instead. Heatherstorm made sure to carry out the proclaimed punishment for return herself, sending him to the Dark Forest where he belonged. Eventually, the leader passed, and Heatherstorm was made deputy to the new leader. Times became more peaceful, filled with learning and curiosity, until Heatherstorm ascended from her rank to become Heatherstar. And she was determined to keep up the peace that flourished under the leader before her.
