Starryo
Willowstripe padded along the Hare Plains, her eyes scanning the territory as she remarked the Riverclan border. She’d been feeling uneasy ever since Windclan smelled the scent of fish on their territory. Apparently, it wasn’t enough that wolves had decided to make their home right next to their territory, now those fish eaters were trying to kick them while they were down? Not on her watch. Snakepad had wanted her to remark Hare Plains before she went on to start training Duckpaw for the day. She didn’t think it would be a good idea to take Duckpaw out into the territory yet, as they’d only been out together once and she hadn’t gotten around to starting battle training yet.
Still, Snakepad, ever the protective brother, wanted her to take someone with her “in case something happened,” he’d said. She, of course, didn’t think she needed protecting, but just to appease him, she turned to the first cat she saw and told them to follow her. She wasn’t one for conversation, so the walk to the border had been fairly quiet. She would need to talk to the warrior sometime soon, however , so she decided to make small talk.
“See anything?” she called, finishing up.
