Physical Appearance

Brief Description: Lithe lynx point molly with blue eyes

In-depth Description: Mistyheart is a rather average sized molly with a rather willowy build, including long legs and a long tail. However, she is also quite agile and graceful. Surprisingly, she is still a strong swimmer. Her fur is slightly shorter than the average medium length, and a silvery white color with pale lynx point markings on her muzzle, ears, tail and legs. Her eyes, likely the most captivating part of her, are surprisngly warm and welcoming despite their icy blue color.

Personality description: Mistyheart is a very gentle, caring soul, and to many she may seem a little too kind and forgiving. She tends to be very quiet, however she is not antisocial, and when others talk to her she is in fact quite amiable. Despite her position, she is good at fading into the background and watching from the sidelines, being incredibly patient and observant. She will always put her clan first, even over herself, and while she does not fight, she would still readily defend and protect her clan to the best of her ability. Mistyheart readily supports her clan and their systems, and strives to be close with and equally supportive of the clan’s representative. Despite her clan’s openness to freedom of speech, Mistyheart will often keep her thoughts and opinions to herself, perhaps due in part to being the only clan member who is not allowed a say in who runs the clan. She is very unambitious, however she is quite determined and does not like to give up easily on her patients, or a matter that she feels is right. However, despite her determination, Mistyheart is also quite passive, and depending on the situation, it may be easy to make her give in or retreat as she often wishes to avoid conflict. However, if she believes something is important enough, she will stand her ground no matter how uncertain she is. Despite being amiable, Mistyheart’s admittant insecurity in certain situations - especially ones that give her more power than she feels she is due - leads her to not only being somewhat anxious and hesitant at times. However, she is still a loving molly that readily puts others before her self and does her best to stop others from worrying about her, even if that means dishonsty in way of hiding her emotions.

History

History: Despite being born into a clan of water elementals, Mistykit was born with the gift of Earth, sharing the element of her mother. Her father, a water elemental, was disappointed in his only kit not being such an important element in the clan. Therefore, her father was distant, uncaring. Shadow- had not meant to have kits in the first place, and the only reason his fatherhood was known to her and the clan was because Holly- told who the father was, and because he had stuck around to see if perhaps she would birth healthy young water elementals. She did not. Due to his disappointment in this accidental litter of one, Shadow- wasted no time with the kit or Holly- and within a few moons found himself a mate. However, despite his new family, a son and daughter of water and ice, he still made sure to remind his first daughter just how useless she was. Her half-siblings made sure to do the same, getting into the habit before they were even old enough to understand.

Moving on to apprenticeship, the clan was very short on Earth elemental mentors, causing Mistypaw to be apprenticed instead to a water elemental who didn’t know at all how to tame her unruly power. Fortunately, however, permission was granted for the medicine cat to help her control her power, seeing as they too were an earth elemental. It was under the watchful gaze of the medicine cat that Mistypaw first discovered she could see the souls of unborn kits. At first, it terrified her, and admittedly it even confused the medicine cat, who had never had the gift themselves. However, the medicine cat quickly convinced the clan that she was destined by starclan to be the next medicine cat, and was quickly intergrated as their apprentice.

Of course, Mistypaw didn’t know what to do at first. She was out of her depth, and the fact she would never be a warrior or have kits only made her family shun her more. However, after a while she found a love and natural talent for her new role in the clan, and found she did surprisingly well and felt quite happy for once. She grew in this position, and a while after her half-siblings, she became a full medicine cat. Shortly after, however, her mentor was killed by a dog, and Mistyheart was once again out of her depth and having to slowly regain her footing in the unexpected changes.
