They were attacking. At dawn. This seemed awfully foolish and rather unfair for Frostwhisper- he was a dark element! Use it to their advantage! But no, RiverClan had to wait until WindClan wasn't sleeping, giving them enough time to rise and stretch and fill their fat bellies with mangy rabbit before patiently waiting on the edge of Hare Plains. He was beginning to feel as if he was surrounded by idiots.

Without waiting another moment, Frostwhisper set out to engage himself in combat rather than waste his precious time by marking borders. The silver rosetted tom's eyes darted back and forth until he found a suitable opponent and launched himself at them.

Frostwhisper used a Basic Attack.

He had been helping a clanmate drag a RiverClan cat off of a warrior before he was bowled over. He let out a yowl as claws met his flesh, and he landed a little bit away from the offending tom. He growled, just who did this guy think he was? There was no reason to wonder, he’d find out at the next gathering.

If he was around to see it.

He decided to throw his attack back at him, and lunged with his fangs bared.

NPC used a Basic Attack!

The silvered tom swore that he'd never seen this cat before in his life- honestly, he was hoping that this was some unknown WindClan warrior and not some unfortunate RiverClan cat whose face he'd just happened to forget at the wrong time. Frostwhisper grinned to himself when he felt his claws meet the fur of the stranger, with the warmth of blood welling around his claws not moments later. However, as soon as he attacked, his opponent chose to rebound, so Frostwhisper rolled out of harm's way as quickly as he possibly could.

And he was successful. Thankfully, the stranger also chose to avoid elemental combat. Considering that Frostwhisper was a dark element out of his (literal) element, there was no point in attempting to use evasive moves a hundred times over.

Frostwhisper used a basic attack.

He cursed under his breath when the tom rolled away, turning himself towards the offending tom. He gave a hiss at him before he ducked under his strike, just in the nick of time. He was starting to get tired of this guy, it was time to spice things up a bit. He ran to put some distance between themselves before he turned, giving him all he had.

NPC casts Flamethrower

This battle was going nowhere. Frostwhisper would miss, then this stranger would miss, then he'd miss again...StarClan, whatever happened to the glory in combat? The rosetted tom curled a lip out of frustration when his strikes hit nothing but air, only to watch his opponent skip a few paces back. Something was up- this was no regular attack. To prepare himself, the charcoal warrior pressed himself against the ground with his tail twitching in anticipation, before the air was brightened by a cloak of flames. Frostwhisper rolled to the side to avoid burning to a crisp before snarling at the WindClan tom. "So that's how you want to play it, eh?" Rising to his paws with his banded hackles raised, the RiverClanner decided to literally turn to the dark side.

Frostwhisper used Siphon.

He scrambled to move out of the way as a ball of darkness hurtled towards him. He growled, this was getting nowhere fast. He ran towards the grey tom, fire sparking beneath his paws before it engulfed his claws. He leapt, baring his fangs.
