Physical Appearance

Brief Description: A tall and lanky ginger tom with yellow eyes

In-depth Description: Lizard ` Gaze is primarily a ginger in colouration but carries a few speckles of white along his paws, tail and body. The pelt of this feline is unusually short coat although it does their job on colder moons and or during the harsh winters of leaf ` bare but he does tend to get a bit more chill at a quicker rate then others normally would. He has wide and constantly alert eyes that are a pretty lemon-yellow in colour.

He holds a tall and lanky frame to them allowing him to be able to crawl through more narrow and tight, spaces similarly to other cats of his clan. He has small paws and a peach coloured nose alongside paw-pads that are unmarked by any type of smudging on them. He has an average sized tail that is thin and missing a bit of fur on specific areas on it, and is typically seen to be held up high or tucked between his legs. The pelt of this felines is a little chaotic in texture as it is usually ruffled up, and messy as it is not the first thing that comes to mind for him, ect.

Personality description: This tom had gain his suffix as gaze due to his observant nature as he often spends time analysing other animals and their behaviours. He is a rather inquisitive as he will often to go and check out an area if it perks his interest. He is rather thoughtful towards others as he will be willing to share his food with others that he has grown a bond with.

He is truly a cat that is completely dedicated to his clan and does try his best to provide for his clan even if he doesn't completely trust due to his own paranoia that causes him to be quite distrusting and skeptical of the others own loyalty to the clan and is easily intimidated by those that are generally larger and more bulky in shape. He will judge a book by it's cover.

He is generally quite submissive and will be quite skittish if faced with any sort of confrontation and is likely to grow emotional if someone continuously raises their voice. He will be likely to avoid said person for a while afterwords. He is alert of his surroundings and to the cats around him.

History

History: Lizard ` Gaze is the youngest in his litter and was born to a couple by the names of Dapple ` Nose and Spider ` Bite. He was given his name after he was approached by a small lizard that was scavenging around for insects and was quickly killed by Spider ` Bite. Dapple ` Nose wasn't pleased with the need to kill it as it hadn't caused any harm but didn't push to argue with her mate when he told her that it'd be a waste to let it run off. It during the conversation he had noticed the squirming kit had begun to move towards him blindly following the sound of their father.

Spider ` Bite gave a laugh before cracking a joke about it beginning just like the lizard that he had just 'hunted' causing Dapple ` Nose to swat at him with a huff. They ended up calling him Lizard ` Kit after that. Once Lizard ` Kit had reached 6 moons old he became an apprentice by the name of Lizard ` Paw and was mentored by a cat and during his first hunting lesson he had a encountered his first prey item and it was a mother squirrel whom was moving their young to a different tree and when Lizard ` Paw had gotten close enough and leapt directly at it the squirrel had decided to fight back and gave him quite the beating in the end causing him to loose a bit of fur on his tail and other areas of his body but unlike his tail the fur ended up growing back.

Lizard ` Paw eventually lost his mentor due to the fire that was caused by Shadow ` Clans attempt to mess around with the clan causing Lizard ` Paw to end up being mentored by his father and due to his fathers harsh methods and unbelievably high-standards did little to aide his skittish and submissive behaviour. Lizard ` Paw had his warriors ceremony delayed by a couple moons by his father before gaining his warriors name after Dapple ` Nose had talked sense into Spider ` Bite.

Dapple ` Nose shortly after his vigil on becoming an warrior due to having accidentally been crushed to death by a falling tree during a dawn patrol. Spider ` Bite pushed away his son further from him in favour of his other kits as he assumed that Dapple ` Nose death was to punish him for having succumb to her begging. Which caused their relationship to be more on the rocks with one another. Spider ` Bite eventually grows over his grief and attempts to make things right between them but Lizard ` Gaze refuses to take his word for it.

Pointed-history:

Lizard ` Gaze is born and named after a small insect-eating lizard that invaded the nursery that is soon killed by his father.
Lizard ` Kit becomes an apprentice and gets a mentor appointed to him.
Lizard ` Paw gets his ass whooped by a squirrel during his first hunting lesson
Lizard ` Paw loses his mentor in the inferno and is appointed his father as his new mentor until he becomes a warrior.
Lizard ` Paw becomes a warrior ends up on vigil but at the price of his mother
Lizard ` Gaze gets pushed away by his grief ridden father causing their relationship between kin to grow more unstable.
Spider ` Bite tries to make things right but Lizard ` Gaze doesn't believe his word is genuine despite it being true.
