These past few days had been exhausting.

He’d half a mind to tell them himself to quit squabbling like kits over a mossball, but he knew that would only do more harm than good. They could only work this out themselves, so the only thing he could do was step in when things got out of paw. So far, it was mostly the senior warriors, Hollyfoot starting arguments with the warriors who disagreed with the final decision, and while he was glad he had someone who wasn’t Briarsong or Newtpaw to back up his word, she could get a little... heated.

Now, he was returning from yet another argument, heaving a heavy sigh as he laid down near his den. Stars, when was the last time he got to sit and relax like this? He couldn’t remember, he honestly did care. All he wanted was to lie in the sun for a bit.
