Physical Appearance
*Brief Description: A pure white she-cat with blind hazel eyes.
In-depth Description: Featherlight is a completely white cat of an average build. Most cats think she is smaller than she is until they are right beside her due to her habit of slouching slightly. She has very long fur that is comfortable and silky to the touch.
Featherlight is completely blind in both eyes, causing her eyes to be a little faded. She has learned to deal with this disability with her various other senses, such as hearing and scent. Being a Medicine Cat meant she wasn't too badly impaired.

Personality description: Featherlight is, most of the time, a very kind cat to others. She is good at listening when others are in need of someone who will listen to them without speaking. She feels that she would learn more from listening to her surroundings and clanmates rather than speaking.
Featherlight is extremely supportive of the clanmates she agrees with. She offers them a steady rock to lean back on, a listening ear whom they can trust to not blab about secrets to others.
Featherlight tends to keep to herself a lot. Talking is the cause of most disagreements, and she believes that by talking less and listening more, she can avoid more disagreements. Not to mention that she needs to spare a little more attention than the average cat to the road, and talking might distract her. This causes her to be quite quiet.
Once Featherlight has a goal, however, she becomes stubborn and refuses to let any cat deviate her from her wish. She usually has good reasons for this, though. Or maybe it is to satisfy her curiosity, though Featherlight usually tries not to let her curiosity get the better of her, or at lesst listen to her brain more.
At times, Featherlight can be explosive. It comes about once a Moon if it had been an eventful Moon, and is more of a burst pf energy than of rage. Maybe it could be triggered by a bloody battle or a pointless argument. What seems like a little thing to anyone else can be a strong trigger for Featherlight's emotional outbursts. Usually she succeeds in channeling this energy into her healing or stopping an argument.
Featherlight usually navigates with certain landmarks within areas. As such, she dreads going into places she is unfamiliar with, simce her sense of touch plays such a huge role in her navigation. Since she also relies on her sense of hearing a lot, Featherlight likes peace and quiet, but she dislikes complete silence.

History
*History:
- Born to Ivy- and Fire- in ShadowClan alongside a brother, a sister, and a stillborn littermate.
- Brother died not too long afterwards, while Featherkit's other sister was born deaf.
- Featherkit lost her sight as soon as she opened her eyes, and she believed she was fully born blind. This lead to her other senses being very sharp though.
- Featherkit's only sister died soon after, leaving only Featherkit. Ivy- neglected Featherkit to soothe her own wounds, and Featherkit learned to not bother reminding her mother that she survived. It only seemed to make her madder.
- At a point of time, Featherkit became Apprentice-aged and became the Clan's Medicine Cat Apprentice, becoming Featherpaw.
- Fire-, Featherpaw's father, was extremely busy all the time. Thus, he had little time to care for Ivy-. After losing a leg in a training accident, Fire- became an Elder and starved himself to death shortly after.
- Featherpaw had tried to take care of him to little avail. She then turned to care for her mother, but it was too late. Ivy- had also given up hope and eventually passed on as well.
- Also around that time, Featherpaw was promoted to a Medicine Cat. Her Mentor, when giving her the name of Featherlight, said it was due to the light within her. Both in her medical care and her love, as Featherpaw did not seem to be bitter about her parents' passing.
- As the Moons passed, Featherlight began to indulge in her own thoughts more. She thought that maybe she was the reason her parents had died. Maybe they would have lived had she, their only remaining Kit, done more to help. Her ex-Mentor watched as, day by day, Featherlight's inner light grew dimmer.
- One day, Featherlight's ex-Mentor spoke to her while they were sorting herbs. "It's okay to blame yourself," she said. "But that won't change anything. You are here now, and you can make a change to help your clanmates. You are their Medicine Cat, their caretaker. They will not survive if you are barely holding on to yourself."
- It was like for the first time ever, Featherlight had seen light in the darkness that is her life. She had even more respect for her ex-Mentor, but more than that, she gained respect towsrds herself. She became the rock and anchor she needed to be and held on to that. She was thankful to her ex-Mentor for giving her the encouragement she needed and allowing her to grow as a cat, with the openess of improvement and a fiery passion to do her work to the best of her ability.
- Even after her ex-Mentor died, Featherlight held onto the spark of light and of fire within herself. She got used to being the only Medicine Cat in the clan.
