 Having finally been able to move back into ThunderClan camp was relieving for Rainsplash. If she had to stay in that crammed cave with everyone stuck together, she'd be pulling out her own fur. As much as she loved her Clanmates, it was a little too crowded in the abandoned bear cave for their own good. Thank StarClan their Earth Elementals had secured the camp.
Rainsplash had wandered off from camp not too long ago, hoping to get some more air away from the others. Camp was just as busy as the core locations in their territory, cats working hard to clean up and heal the forest after the fire.
On her way around the territory, the molly had done some work to help the others, watering dry areas to help whatever small plants were hiding beneath the ashes that hadn't been washed away from the recent Newleaf rain or cleaned away by Air Elementals. The molly frequently worked on Growth patrols, knowing the little tricks to get down to the roots.
Rainsplash had found herself near the ShadowClan border, her hair slightly on end. It had been their fault that the fire had destroyed their territory, and they always acted like they had never done anything wrong. She sighed, continuing to water some of the dry patches, keeping a close eye on the border. NOTES ; N/a |

Redmist didn’t regret her decision to leave RiverClan one bit but sometimes she wished that she could just claw the life out of some ShadowClan cats who will not be named for the sake of her sanity. As the only Water element in this StarClan forsaken clan, she was in charge of making sure the fires during training didn’t get out of control. This left the rest of her time dedicated to patrolling and hunting, with the occasional nap in between.
The night those idiots decided to make her life worse, she’d been out trying to get a snack for herself when she noticed the flames and managed to calm the inferno down a bit before it grew out of her control. Part of her sympathized with the ThunderClan cats - she knew what it was like to starve and it would be a while before any prey even thought about returning. Part of her wanted to walk with the two warriors on their way to give food just to make fun of them. Mostly so she could take out her frustrations out on them in particular.
Her tail lashed as she stalked towards the border, having gotten tired of the two parading around like they’d done nothing wrong, like their actions didn’t have consequences. She also felt a bit jealous but she wasn’t going to admit that any time soon. She looked ahead of her only to come face to face with one of those Thunderclanners, pausing in her stalking for just a moment.

As she worked her way down along the edges of ThunderClan's charred territory, the molly continued to gently spray some of the little sprouts with water. Rainsplash looked up for a moment, her eyes locking with the golden eyes of the fiery-coloured feline on the other side of the border.
She stood there, still as stone, uncertain what to do. Normally she would be here with a patrol, not alone. The other cat was alone as well, or were they? There was no one else, nor could she smell anyone.
Working up the courage to speak, Rainsplash lifted her chin slightly. "What brings you so close to the border, ShadowClan?" She asked, flicking her tail. NOTES ; N/a |

She forces her fur to lie flat, blinking once as she stares at the molly. “I could ask you the same thing, ThunderClan,” she replies smoothly. More than likely, she was here to regrow some of the forest near the border - there were still more than a few patches that hadn’t recovered just yet. “I’m just... observing,” she half lies. “I’ve been in camp a lot more recently, I haven’t gotten the chance to to look at what, er.... happened.”
What a nice choice of words that was. Surely, she should be deputy with her conversation skills, she thought wryly.

Rainsplash flicked her ear, pulling her orb of water she'd been using on the plants closer to her as the ShadowClan warrior spoke to her. "I'm working, as you can see." She flicked her ear. "Someone has to clean up this mess."
She listened as the other molly spoke again. Rainsplash lifted a brow. "We're not here for your entertainment, thank you." The warrior glared. "Cats died in this fire. I would be careful where I'm sticking my nose around this border, if I were you." The tabby lashed her tail. NOTES ; N/a |
